| In December 2003, as a step towards business development, we were awarded
the ISO 9001 certificate that applies to the Head Office and the Engineering
Center. The certificate is applicable to each of PET's 4 businesses: technical training, engineering, IT solution, and technical testing. We will therefore incorporate consideration of quality management and quality assurance systems into every aspect of our business activities, winning customers' confidence and satisfaction. |
