- By introducing the system into onsite
equipment or utilizing our service in ASP format via the Internet,
drawing document management is possible without any special apparatus.
Easy-to-use powerful functions are provided with advanced GUI,
text search features and more.
|
| Overview |
- The various types of drawings
and documents are stored and managed in the system,
and can be easily retrieved by using the various search
options. All operations are available on the Web browser.
- If the letters on a document
are slightly faint as the result of scanning, the
text search feature still recognizes the shape of
each letter, facilitating efficient use of paper-based
materials.
- Since the equipment ledger
and the maintenance history management systems are
linked, users can refer to equipment data and maintenance
history data on drawings with just one click.

|
|
| Benefits |
- Permits centralized management
of drawings and document data as well as data sharing.
Compared with paper-based document management, the
electronic data saves storage space and enables high-speed
retrieval of required data.
- Compliant with ISO9000 standard
series through its approval function and update history
management function.
