• By introducing the system into onsite equipment or utilizing our service in ASP format via the Internet, periodical inspection planning is possible without any special apparatus.
By automatically creating inspection schedules, work cost summations and related forms, the system effectively supports the often troublesome planning, drafting and ordering operations.
Overview
  • By supporting various element data related to periodical inspection, work cost summation by the summation system, and the creation of various draft documents, the system omits work schedule and draft operations from user duties. All operations are available on the Web browser.
Equipment data, history data and drawing documents related to inspection data are easily viewed by linking the system with the equipment information management system.

Benefits
  • Makes periodical inspection planning a routine operation, and improves efficiency.
  • Equipment inspection, contract and technical instructor dispatch work items and costs can be centrally managed using the man-hour system.
Results
  • Introduced in Fukuyama Kyodo Thermal Power Co. in February, 2001.
Features
  • Allows you to automatically plan inspection schedules (up to five years), execute automatic summation/resummation of work cost, create and revise documents related to drafts and orders (e.g. work plans, budget breakdowns, final draft slips), customize the summation system, and control element data.
  • Link expansion (direct retrieval of equipment-related drawings) by using the equipment information management system in combination
