Mechanical/Practical course
 Remaining life diagnosis technique training

How many years can your boiler/turbine for power generation operate?
Our diagnostic technology offers the answer on the basis of metallographic structure.

・The mechanisms of aging degradation of high-temperature facilities such as boiler, turbine and so on can be easily understood.
・The procedures and features of various remaining life assessment methods catering to different plants can be well understood.
・Based on diagnosis results, methods/solutions for equipment remaining life management can be figured out.

Understand aging degradation mechanisms. Master remaining life dignosis techniques. Practical training on replica sampling. (Polishing welds.)

Evaluate creep damage. (Metallographic diagram enlarged by diagnostic device)
