You will be able to use sequencer that is a mainstream of sequence control.
 ・To understand configurations of ladder diagram and become capable of reading ladder diagram.
 ・To understand the procedures and techniques for making sequence ladder diagram.
 ・To understand not only the configurations of sequence but also its interface with external facilities.


Understand basics of sequencer and configurations of ladder diagram. Use sequencer tool to understand program control.

Design interface with sequence control circuit. Acquire basic skills of sequencer.
 
Curriculum
Schedule Subjects Contents
1st day General knowledge of sequencer Learn about roles of different parts of sequencer (input/output, calculation and memory), information transmission method of sequencer, as well as advantages of using sequencer.
Programming【Practical training】 Use sequencer tools to learn about how sequencer functions and how to read and program ladder sequence.
2nd day Drawing control circuit of motor-driven valve【Practical training】 Learn about interface between sequencer and external facilities through making control circuit of motor-driven valve by yourself.
Programming of motor-driven valve circuit【Practical training】 Learn about configurations and programming of ladder sequence through programming control circuit of motor-driven valve and checking its operations.
Troubleshooting【Practical training】 Use tools to learn how to find the factors that cause failures in sequencer control.
