1st day Causes of insulation aging Learn about structures of motor insulation systems, insulation classes, causes of insulation aging, and types of aging.
Methodology of insulation diagnosis testing Learn about testing methods and principles as well as assessment methods of DC absorption test, dielectric loss tangent test, AC voltage/current test, and partial discharge test.
Insulation diagnosis testing亂Practical training亃 Conduct DC absorption test of 3.3kV motor to promote understanding of testing methodology and acquire expertise of safety and quality management for testing.
2nd day Insulation diagnosis testing亂Practical training亃 Conduct dielectric loss tangent test, AC voltage/current test and partial discharge test of 3.3kV motor to promote understanding of testing methodology and acquire expertise of safety and quality management for testing.
Technologies for assessing insulation testing results Learn about assessment technologies, technologies for analyzing deteriorated parts, conceptions of remaining life diagnosis through analyzing practical testing data.
Preventive maintenance Learn about technologies and methods of preventive maintenance for motor.
