PID action
Controlled response
Acquire basic knowledge of basic actions of different PID control elements, purposes and features of control, and so on.
Study process characteristics, controlled response, and adjustment method catering to characteristics.
Complex control Learn about cascade control, ratio control, program control, and feedback control that contribute to improving controllability by combining multiple control loops.
2nd day Flow control system adjustment【Practical training】 Familiarize yourself with PID parameter adjustment techniques for zero proportional system through practical adjustment of flow control system.
Pressure control system adjustment【Practical training】 Familiarize yourself with PID parameter adjustment techniques for primary delay system through practical adjustment of pressure control system.
3rd day Level control system adjustment【Practical training】 Familiarize yourself with PID parameter adjustment techniques for advanced delay system as well as configuration and adjustment techniques of cascade control through practical adjustment of liquid level control system.
