We conduct heat balance analysis based on actual data and provide efficiency/performance diagnosis which is indispensable for the operations of thermal power plants.
We also provide remaining life diagnosis, non-destructive test, and so on which are necessary for maintenance through tie-ups with Energia Economic & Technical Research Institute.
In particular, Pipe thinning diagnosis utilizing ultrasonic flaw detection technology, thermal protect deterioration diagnosis utilizing neutron moisture meter, etc. , is our new business.
Main Achievements
1. Plant performance management
(Thermal analysis)

We carry out boiler efficiency diagnosis through turbine heat balance analysis and actual data measurement. Thus, we provide optimal operating condition, etc. and propose methods for plant improvement.



 2. Boiler/turbine remaining life diagnosis

We make remaining life diagnosis which is critical for boiler/turbine equipment management. Especially for boiler, we make diagnosis according to master curve derived from the real data of destructive test on actual equipment.

4. Thermal protect deterioration diagnosis

Thermal protect deterioration causes not only corrosion of machines and pipes but also performance deterioration. We carry out remedy and diagnosis using neutron moisture meter and thermography.
